Jennifer represented us as the seller's agent. She did a fantastic job shepherding the process: making sure we fixed things in the interest of the buyers, preparing the house for presentation, super good perspective on pricing (i.e. look for a win-win), the transaction; move-out/clean-up; and  welcoming the new owners.

I met Jennifer as the seller of the house of the house I went on to buy. The day I met her we were just casually looking, but fell in love with the house. Without Jennifer's amazing talents, I would not be the happy home owner I am today. Because it was a multiple offer situation, she helped us  find a realtor quickly.
